A wedding favour is a token or souvenir given to guests from the bride and groom. It often has the couple’s initials or wedding date on it. It serves as a reminder of the day.

The tradition of distributing wedding favours is a very old one and the more unusual the more it will be remembered and so will your wedding. Everybody loves a sugared almond but why not celebrate your special day in a unique way by offering your guests a truly unusual and memorable favour?

‘We currently offer two types of wedding favour and can feature up to 14 individual orangutans. Each table can therefore receive a different orangutan featuring their unique story and characteristics. Gives guests a talking point and they can even liken the orangs to people they know - a great ice breaker!
We have two table designs to choose from:

Medium Orangutan Favour Booklet
An ideal centre piece for the middle of the table! Each booklet contains eight pages of information and full colour quality pictures, including the orangutans story, details of a specific ‘project’ funded by the Appeal, and a personalised Certificate of Appreciation dedicated to the happy couple.

Mini Orangutan Favour Card
one for each guest at the table! an A6 size gold embossed wedding card with a full colour quality photograph of an orangutan, and a page inside featuring their individual story, plus a Certificate of Appreciation dedicated to the happy couple.

Our wedding favours are printed on thick, quality, silk finish card and are handfinished with a white ribbon. Every couple recieves a personalised A4 size quality card Certificate of Appreciation to display at their wedding if they wish.

We can also offer additional items to personalise your wedding favours such as Orangutan Finger Puppets as a special memento for the younger guests, or a stylish Appeal lapel pin!

Orangutan Wedding ‘Gift List’ - Often couples have many of the items they need to start married life together, so why not suggest an alternative or additional gift to a traditional wedding present that really makes a difference? Guests may choose to buy a weeks supply of milk for an orphaned baby orangutan, or perhaps some tasty banannas!

Include the Gift List with your invitations or have some at the bar or on a table for guests to help themselves on the day.
