Orangutan Appeal UK in conjunction with Sepilok Rehabilitation Centre have produced a rainforest awareness programme to help further fund the conservation and rehabilitation work in Sabah.

Becoming a “Friend of the Rainforest” will introduce you to some of the fascinating plants and animals that inhabit the rainforests of Sabah.

Learn how rainforests work and about some of the medicines that are derived from the rainforest.

A years membership costs £20.00 (+£1.25 postage).

You will receive a certificate of appreciation together with information sheets and photographs of two plants and two animals which can be found in the rainforests of Sabah.

We will also tell you about the Kabili / Sepilok forest reserve, home to Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre.

After 6 months you will receive information sheets and photographs of the next two plants and animals in the series and more fascinating information.

Adopting a young orang is an excellent way to help the projects and get something back in return.
