Delivery charges
We charge a flat rate for delivery no matter how many items that you choose to order.
Our postal charges are as follows:
- UK: £3.70
- Europe: £7.50
- Worldwide: £10.95
There is no delivery charge for adoptions sent by email or 'gifts for the orangutans'.
If you would like to have adoptions or merchandise sent to multiple different addresses you will need to complete the check out process for each address.
We have been made aware that some of our supporters within the European Union are being requested by their local postal company to pay import duties or customs handling fees on their adoption packs. We are afraid that this charge is out of our control and will need to be paid in order to receive your pack. This seems to be most common in Belgium and Germany.
Delivery times
Adoptions sent by post and merchandise
UK deliveries: will be sent by Royal Mail second class post and should normally arrive within seven working days.
Outside of the UK: Royal Mail will pass your items to your local postal authority and delivery should normally take around two weeks.
Royal Mail doesn't provide tracking numbers, so if you're awaiting a parcel that hasn't arrived, kindly check with your local postal depot.
If you need to receive your adoption pack before a certain date please contact us so we can try find a way to get it there on time.
Certain destinations such as China, Malaysia, Thailand and India can take in excess of two months to arrive due to delays within the local postal systems.

If you have not received your adoption or gift please check your junk or spam folder as unfortunately this happens with some email providers.
