Delivery information
Delivery charges
We charge a flat rate for delivery no matter how many items you choose to order.
Our postal charges are as follows:
- UK: £4.00
- Europe: £7.50
- Worldwide: £10.95
There is no delivery charge for adoptions sent by email or 'gifts for the orangutans'.
If you would like items sent to multiple different addresses you will need to complete the check out process for each address.
Customs charges
Some of our supporters within the European Union are being requested by their local postal company to pay import duties or customs handling fees on their adoption packs and merchandise. We are afraid that this charge is out of our control and will need to be paid in order to receive your parcel.

To give your gifts the best chance of arriving before Christmas, please order by the recommended dates.
Let us know if you'd like a special message included with your adoption or a "Do not open until Christmas Day" sticker on your parcel to avoid any spoilers!
Delivery times
Adoptions sent by post and merchandise
We aim to post all orders within 1-2 days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).
UK: usually 2-3 working days
Europe: usually 3-7 working days
Rest of World: usually 5-14 working days (varies by destination)
If you need to receive your adoption pack before a certain date please contact us so we can try find a way to get it there on time.
Certain destinations such as China, Malaysia, Thailand and India can take in excess of two months to arrive due to delays within the local postal systems.
Adoptions sent by email and eGifts
Usually delivered to your nominated email address within three working days.
If you have not received your adoption or gift please check your junk or spam folder as unfortunately this happens with some email providers.
