Office hours

Due to UK government regulations we are now working from home with reduced working hours and staffing levels. Processing of adoptions, merchandise orders and our response to emails may take a little longer than usual. We thank you for your patience during this challenging time.

Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 GMT (excluding UK bank holidays), however this will differ during the national lockdown.

We aim to process all orders and adoptions within two to three working days.

All postal items are sent from the UK with the Royal Mail.

Postal Adoptions & Merchandise

UK deliveries
Will be sent by second class post and should arrive within 7 working days.

Outside of the UK
Royal Mail will pass your items to your local postal authority and delivery should usually take approximately two weeks. This is dependent on the current situation in the destination country, so please consider this when ordering by post as many countries are experiencing delays due to COVID-19.

The Royal Mail do not provide tracking numbers so please check with your local postal depot if you are expecting a parcel which hasn't arrived.

If you need to receive your adoption pack before a certain date please contact us so we can try find a way to get it there on time.

Certain destinations such as China, Malaysia, Thailand and India can take in excess of 2 months to arrive due to delays within the local postal systems.


All countries
Within 2-3 working days to the email address provided on your order.

If you have not received your E-Adoption please check your junk or spam folder as unfortunately this happens with some email providers.

We aim to send out all orders within three working days.


Please note that each order, adoption and e-adoption is treated individually and processed and packaged by hand.
