OAUK latest grant to OuTrop
Binoculars, GPS and Rite in the Rain book.

GPS, Binoculars and Water Proof Books
OuTrop staff at work using the binoculars, GPS and Rite in the Rain books that OAUK have sponsored.
These are particularly important for our orangutan monitoring, because the orangutans are frequently high up in the canopy and so it is very difficult to see what they are doing without binoculars, they wander far from transects which makes accurate range mapping impossible without GPS, and they don't always rest conveniently for us when the weather turns nasty!
This is just one of the projects your donations go towards funding.
Thank you.
